Terms of use
The rules for using this website. In short: it is here to tell you about JTM Landscapes and to let you get in touch, a price comes from us rather than from the page, and please do not attack it.
Who runs this site
jtmlandscapes.co.uk is run by JTM Landscapes Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08462681. Our registered office is 4 South Terrace, South Street, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1DE. You can reach James through the contact form on the home page or by email at james@jtmlandscapes.co.uk. The site is built and hosted for us by Dalaric Ltd.
Using the site means accepting these terms. If you would rather not, please do not use it. Our privacy notice goes with them and explains what happens to anything you send us.
Prices and work
Nothing on this site is a price or an offer. A price is what we give you once we have heard about your garden, and any work is agreed directly between you and us.
Sending the form is not a booking. It asks us to get in touch, and we reply by email.
What is on the site
You are welcome to read the site, print a page and keep it. You may not republish its words or its photograph, sell them, or use them to advertise anything else.
We keep the site accurate as far as we reasonably can. What is written here is a general description of what we do, not advice to act on without asking us.
Using it properly
The site and the form are for genuine enquiries. You must not:
- Use it for anything unlawful, or to defraud anyone
- Send us false details, or somebody else's details without their say so
- Send anything abusive, threatening or obscene
- Collect anything from the site automatically, or use it to send bulk messages
- Try to reach any part of the site, its server or its data that is not meant for you
- Knowingly send anything harmful, or deliberately put the site under load
Attacking a website is an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we would report it and hand over what we hold.
Links to other places
We link out to OpenStreetMap for a map of Dorchester, and to the Information Commissioner's Office from our privacy notice. We do not control those sites, and their own terms apply once you are there.
You are welcome to link to this site from your own, as long as you do it fairly and do not suggest we have endorsed or approved something we have not.
If something goes wrong
We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of faults. It is provided as it is, and we may change or withdraw any of it.
We are not liable for any loss caused by relying on this site rather than asking us. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and none of it affects your rights as a consumer.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your own courts.
Changes
These terms were written on 7 November 2026. If they change, the date changes with them.
